I think they were expressing his struggles with drugs, hence the spoons and flames. The cliff may be a feeling he had about using not really sure but that's what it seems like to me. General Comment Nice observation Slipknotfan85! I actually did not notice the references to the actual events until you mentioned them. However, upon closer observation, I noticed that Mick Mars comes second after Vince. He has a severe back condition and has had it for years resulting in a hip replacement a few months ago… I think this is what they are referencing. Also, the car that Vince is driving in the Video is a Ford Pantera. This is the same car that Vince was driving home from the liquor store with friend Razzle Hanoi Rocks.
He had been drinking, and lost control of the car and ended up in an accident with a VW Beetle if i recall correctly killing Razzle and a passenger in the other car, and leaving the driver of the VW paralyzed. Vince escaped unscathed. I think the actual car Vince crashed, however, was red, not yellow as shown in the video.
