Jo 2 visitors found this review useful. There are plenty of great products and range, loads of great gift ideas and food treats! The restaurant isn't great but does the job and the play centre is a great plus! Fish centre is fantastic and pet is good too!
What lets it down is the staff, not the fish or pet staff as they are fantastic but the general staff, who are rude and unhelpful! You stand at tills while staff chat to each other or left waiting for price checks etc. Shame, had potential but staff are really rude and couldn't care less, they laughed when I eventually had to leave without getting our items.
